The highpoint of church life is weekly gathering to worship together. You’re warmly invited to join us on Sundays 10:30am and 6:00pm. The morning service includes our Sunday School to which all children are very welcome too. Find more information about Sundays here.
On alternate Mondays at 6:30pm we have our Next Steps class where we take our next steps together in the Christian faith. Everyone is welcome and it is very accessible – several children often attend. Sometimes we are talking Theology, other times it’s Church History or Bible Study, but it’s always focussed on Jesus and Church. If you’d like to come along, we’d love to welcome you. Use our contact form since the dates and venues sometimes move.
Every Monday during termtime 3:30pm – 4:30pm is our After School Club for 7 - 12yr olds. We have fun and games, snacks and drinks, craft and a Bible talk which we often link into the school’s curriculum too. We are grateful to do this in partnership with Maesycwmmer Primary School but you don’t have to be enrolled there to join in. You can download a consent form here. Donwload Consent Form
All our helpers are DBS checked and operate under our safeguarding policies. If you have any questions about the children’s work, please don’t hesitate to ask. [Link to contact form]
Every Wednesday morning in term time are our Mams and Toddlers playgroups. It is so popular, we do it twice! 9:00am – 10:45am and 11:00am – 12:30pm. There are mountains of toys, endless rounds of toast and tea on tap. It’s always free too.
Every Wednesday evening, come rain or shine, all year round, we meet at 7:30pm in the chapel to study the Bible and pray together. Usually, the Bible study is around 7:30pm – 8:00pm and we pray 8:00pm – 8:45pm (ish!). If you’d like to come and go for any part of that, you’d be very welcome, no need to stay for the whole thing if you can’t.
Alternate Thursdays from 1:00pm is our Grub Club. Everyone is welcome to come for free food, drinks and friends. You don't have to eat anything, some of us just come for the friends and laughs.
Pastor Hywel is the Wellbeing Wizard // Cyfaill Cysor for the local primary school and contributes to their whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing. He is available to anyone and everyone in the school to help however he can. If you're linked with the school in any way at all you can get in touch with him in that capacity. He tries to be available on school premises on Friday afternoons.
