The highpoint of church life is weekly gathering to worship together. You’re warmly invited to join us on Sundays 10:30am and 6:00pm. The morning service includes our Sunday School to which all children are very welcome too. Find more information about Sundays here.
Every Wednesday morning in term time are our Mams and Toddlers playgroups. It is so popular, we do it twice! 9:00am – 10:45am and 11:00am – 12:30pm. There are mountains of toys, endless rounds of toast and tea on tap. It’s always free too.
Every Wednesday evening, come rain or shine, all year round, we meet at 7:30pm in the chapel to study the Bible and pray together. Usually, the Bible study is around 7:30pm – 8:00pm and we pray 8:00pm – 8:45pm (ish!). If you’d like to come and go for any part of that, you’d be very welcome, no need to stay for the whole thing if you can’t.
Alternate Thursdays from 1:00pm is our Grub Club. Everyone is welcome to come for free food, drinks and friends. You don't have to eat anything, some of us just come for the friends and laughs.
Pastor Hywel is the Wellbeing Wizard // Cyfaill Cysor for the local primary school and contributes to their whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing. He is available to anyone and everyone in the school to help however he can. If you're linked with the school in any way at all you can get in touch with him in that capacity. He tries to be available on school premises on Friday afternoons.
Every October half term, we work with several other churches in the valleys to take schoolchildren (ages 10—18yrs) on Good News Autumn Camp. For more information see goodnewsautumncamp.co.uk.
Please keep an eye on our socials [link] for special events and services, especially around school holidays, Christmas and Easter.
The men in the church family occasionally get together to eat, spend time together or for a work party to help out people in need. Sometimes its pizza, clearing a garden or a curry and quiz. We love welcoming new people, contact us to find out when brotherhood meets next.
